Our Call for Abstracts is open for our 16th EHS Congress in Thessaloniki 2025 (16-17th October). We look forward to receiving your work. Please submit HERE. Deadline 10th April 2025.

Thank you for dedicating your time and expertise to bolstering the already strong scientific level of our society.

We also wish a big welcome to our new EHS members this month. Our motto at EHS is “Bringing hip surgeons together” and we aim to very much democratize science and improve worldwide patient outcome for all procedures linked with the hip joint. In that vein vain, I am happy to announce that I have started the beginnings of collaborations with fellow societies such as ESSKA (EHPA), ISHA and SICOT, and of course we have strong links with EFORT, who have accredited our 16th EHS Congress as an EOTEP event. It makes altruistic sense to work together and be open to these exciting opportunities for all our mutual benefit.

This month we are running our 6th EHS SECCA Combined Meeting (28th February) in Madrid, Spain on Total Hip Arthroplasty: New Technologies or Surgical Technique? Also, we have an EHS session for the first time at the Turkish Arthroplasty Society (KADAD)’s annual congress (24-27th April) in Antalya. And we give patronage as usual to the 6th Practical Course Orthopedics (PCO) in Toulouse, France (22-23rd May) as well as to FORTE Summer School (19-23rd May) in Split, Croatia.

Plenty to keep us busy throughout the short month ahead.
