Members of the European Hip Society were invited to apply for a “Guest Society Visiting Fellowship” with the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
EHS, along with the Colombian Hip Society, was proud to be named a Guest Society of AAHKS at its 2017 meeting and was delighted to offer this opportunity to our members. The Fellow chosen from EHS’s applications was:-
Dr Eduardo Garcia-Rey from Madrid, Spain. CONGRATULATIONS!
The Fellowship duration was one month and took place either side of the AAHKS Dallas meeting (2nd-5th November 2017). The selected candidate received a grant of 10,000 USD from the AAHKS.

EHS members attending the Meeting in Dallas received AAHKS member registration rates, along with free international membership for the remainder of the calendar year. EHS was a co-host of the annual AAHKS International Reception (open to all AAHKS international members) on Thursday, November 2, 2017.
